I own and operate multiple franchise locations. Every two weeks I run the payroll, pay a largely tipped staff, and remit the same federal employment taxes as any other employer. What I did not have was anyone reviewing that payroll for the permanent federal credits Congress created for exactly these decisions - paying tipped workers, covering health premiums, offering paid leave, starting a retirement plan. A general tax preparer is rarely hired to comb a multi-hundred-row payroll export for credits that may or may not apply, so the money quietly goes unclaimed.

So I built P.A.I.D. and pointed it at my own books first. It read my payroll report, screened every federal employer credit, and produced a packet keyed line by line to the IRS forms. I handed that packet to my own CPA, who reviewed and filed it. The credits were real, and they were mine before they were ever a product. That is the only reason I felt comfortable offering this to other owners.

The model is intentionally conservative. P.A.I.D. does not prepare, sign, or file returns; your own CPA reviews and files every claim. There is no fee until a credit has been filed and realized, and every figure is presented as an estimate pending professional review.
